  3.  this bbs to qsy.You must be one of the
  4.  authorized stations to do such operation.

  7.  Q?  : Available qsy frequencies.
  8.  Q # : Qsy on frequency #. # is an
  9.       argument number,which depends
  10.       on the encoding frequency.
  11.  
  12. .example :
  13.  Let's see what frequencies we have available.
  14.  We send Q?.
  15.  Bbs responds :
  16.  
  17.         1 14.105.00 MHz
  18.         2 14.109.00 MHz
  19.         3 21.105.00 MHz
  20.  
  21.  Supposing that we wish to qsy on 14.109.00.we send :
  22.  Q 2
  23.  BBS will qsy and send a synchronize frame on the new qrg,
  24.  until the station requested qsy acknowledges the frame.
